Location: Mojokerto, Indonesia; full-time, onsite

What you will do
- Provide accurate daily administrative support for sales operations.
- Prepare, verify, and distribute quotations, contracts, and sales orders.
- Maintain customer information, transaction history, and quotation statuses in CRM and ERP systems.
- Compile, clean, and analyze sales data, including purchasing trends, order volumes, pricing, and workflow bottlenecks.
- Create regular sales reports and dashboards for sales and management decision-making.
- Coordinate order progress, delivery timelines, product availability, demand forecasting, and quotation-to-order analysis with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and Power Query.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems and order fulfillment workflows.
- Business-level English at C1 proficiency is required.
