What you will do

• Define strategic vision and roadmap with senior leadership
• Drive product innovation and develop game-changing features
• Own success metrics including active usage, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams
• Lead execution from conception to delivery, troubleshooting cross-team challenges
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback
• Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies including foundational technology and tools

Requirements

• 6-10 years experience in product management in B2C or B2B SaaS, preferably in online privacy or productivity
• Proven track record of successful product and feature launches in fast-paced environments
• Strategic leader with analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strong empathy for customers and user-centric mindset
• Good sense for UX and design appreciation
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Ability to work hands-on and thrive in fast-paced environment
• Technical understanding to make trade-offs with engineers
