• Build the business case for each project and defend it to the CEO
• Lead negotiations and deals from first contact to signing
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years in business development, commercial, or strategy roles
• A track record of closed deals or launched projects
• Confidence with P&L and financial modelling
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in pharma or distribution is an advantage
• What matters to us is not a list of titles but the ability to think like a business owner.
