Director, HR Compliance

What you will do

• Establish and oversee company-wide HR compliance policies, employment regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and labor standards.
• Advise C-level executives and site leaders on labor issues, organizational restructures, regulatory changes, and workplace ethics.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR risk assessments using data analytics and predictive methods to identify compliance anomalies.
• Design governance controls for global mobility, cross-border workforce management, foreign workers, visa and residency status, labor quotas, and anti-discrimination requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR compliance team while improving operational efficiency and compliance awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, labor relations, or employment law, including 5+ years in senior leadership or people management.
• Experience in a large multinational or high-growth technology or e-commerce organization.
• Deep knowledge of the local Labor Standards Act, Union Law, and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, change management, crisis management, and ethical judgment.
• English proficiency is preferred.

Nice to have

• Licensed Attorney or certified Human Resources or Labor Relations Professional.
• Experience with HR digital transformation, HR data analytics, advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, HRIS compliance modules, or automated compliance auditing tools.
• Experience managing compliance across corporate, logistics and warehouse, and foreign technical workforces.
