Data & Analytics Consultant

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; client workshops and presentations take place at customer sites. Applicants must already have the right to work in the Netherlands, as work permit sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Work with consultants, data scientists, and data engineers on multidisciplinary client assignments.
• Identify business problems by extracting, interpreting, and explaining insights from data.
• Develop statistical and analytical methods for operational challenges.
• Translate advanced analytics into measurable business impact and recommendations.
• Present results and conduct workshops at customer sites.

Requirements

• Completed WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Suitable for a young graduate or a candidate with several years of relevant experience.
• Good Python skills and proficiency in at least one additional analytical language, such as R or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch are required; non-Dutch speakers are not accepted.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques or optimization.
• Additional languages.
