Project Manager / Account Manager (Digital Performance Agency)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client communication and develop tailored promotion strategies across Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize results using data, and present comprehensive reports to clients.
• Coordinate with media buying teams across traffic sources to align campaigns with client goals.
• Own campaign financial performance, including turnover, margins, budget pacing, payment cycles, and period-end closures.
• Identify client pain points, drive upsells, and prepare commercial proposals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful experience as an Account Manager in a digital advertising agency.
• Experience managing complex performance campaigns across Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Hands-on knowledge of major advertising platforms and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Adjust, and AppsFlyer.
• Strong command of CPC, CPM, CPA, CPF, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and other marketing metrics.
• Confident Business English at B2 level or higher.
