Game Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Build small-scale game projects and interactive scenes using established game engines.
• Introduce realistic gameplay bugs and investigate them through playtesting and on-screen analysis.
• Design challenging feature-development tasks involving multiple gameplay systems and mechanics.
• Write clear task briefs and define measurable acceptance criteria.
• Develop verified reference solutions, including bug fixes and feature implementations.
• Conduct end-to-end playtesting to ensure tasks are reproducible, reliable, and solvable.

Requirements

• Hands-on game development experience from professional, indie, solo, or serious hobby projects.
• Strong proficiency with at least one major game engine, such as Unity, Godot, or Unreal Engine.
• Experience with C#, GDScript, C++, or Blueprints.
• Ability to manage scenes, debug gameplay logic, and troubleshoot engine-related issues.
• Experience identifying and resolving gameplay bugs through iterative testing.
• A portfolio or verifiable examples of game development work, such as published games, repositories, game jam entries, or shipped titles.
