Software Engineering Graduate (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Oakley, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom; four six-month rotations at the office

What you will do

• Complete a structured two-year graduate programme with four six-month rotations.
• Gain practical experience across core engineering disciplines within the Blue Bear business unit.
• Work on autonomous vehicle technology and real engineering systems.
• Build industry-recognised technical skills through continuous learning.
• Develop professional networks with managers, mentors, and colleagues across the business.
• Complete a final placement with potential discussion of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to complete workforce screening, which may include security checks, national security vetting, reference checks, working-rights verification, and a security interview.
