Junior Business Intelligence and Process Analyst

Location: Frascati, Italy. The role is based at the client location and requires candidates to be eligible to work in the EU.

Salary: €28,000–€32,000 per year.

hirify.global employs the successful candidate directly or through one of its subsidiaries to support ATG Italy's Quality & Information Management Department.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, transform, validate, and maintain structured data, datasets, databases, and operational records.
• Maintain Excel, Power Query, and Power BI solutions, including dashboards, visualisations, datasets, and basic DAX measures.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, validate results, and support KPI and performance-metric tracking.
• Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, and user guides.
• Gather requirements from Operations, Finance, IT, HRM, and other stakeholders and provide clear user support for reporting tools and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, internal projects, and client-related assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant practical experience through internships, academic projects, or professional roles, typically within the first two years of a career.
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, tables, PivotTables, and data validation, plus practical knowledge of Power Query.
• Basic practical knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, report creation, and basic DAX measures.
• Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and eligibility to work in the EU are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with Python or VBA for data preparation, analysis, or automation.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, process documentation, or user guides.
• Awareness of data quality, data governance, and information-management principles.
