What you will do

• Own complex Android features end-to-end across presentation and data layers.
• Convert Figma designs into fully native Android screens.
• Make architecture decisions and lead the safe refactoring of legacy code.
• Design clean APIs and scalable module boundaries for a large codebase.
• Write maintainable, reusable code within the existing architecture.
• Drive testing, performance, accessibility, and application security.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and application lifecycle, plus a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with databases, REST APIs, maintainable software, and safe refactoring.
• Experience with dependency injection using Dagger2 or Hilt.
• Experience with reactive programming using RxJava and/or Coroutines and Flow.
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose, modular and clean architecture, and MVP or MVVM presentation patterns.
• Experience with Realm local persistence and automated unit, instrumentation, and screenshot testing.
