Lead Game Developer (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Remote from Poland, France, Turkey, or Spain; locations listed as Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, and Paris.

What you will do

• Write hands-on code and create innovative gameplay features for games played by millions of users.
• Plan the evolution of client technology in line with product, design, art, and game vision requirements.
• Manage the development cycle by defining engineering tasks and processes for the roadmap.
• Deconstruct, analyze, and adapt mobile game mechanics while contributing to game design, testing, rollouts, and player-feedback iterations.
• Provide technical leadership, help shape team structure, and support recruitment and onboarding with the General Manager.
• Maintain high coding standards, optimize the game, and monitor product health with central teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity.
• Experience in technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of hypercasual and casual mobile game markets.
• Successful track record in top-tier mobile games and a strong sense of gameplay experience.
• Experience with optimization issues and solid coding practices.
• Comfort working in a full-remote environment and experience with AI-supported development.
