Manual QA & Application Support Engineer (Angular)

Location: On-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

ACCESA develops and supports software products, including Angular web and Progressive Web Applications.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, UX/UI experts, and other teams to clarify requirements and define testing goals.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases in Azure Test Plans throughout the sprint cycle.
• Perform regression, UI, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
• Manage the support queue by triaging, routing, and prioritizing incoming tickets.
• Investigate reported problems, reproduce defects, collect missing information, and prepare detailed bug reports.
• Track issues through resolution and identify recurring problems for process improvement.

Requirements

• Mid-level or higher hands-on experience in QA engineering and application support.
• Experience with first- and second-level support and ticket management.
• Strong experience in manual and regression testing.
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure Test Plans.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Test automation experience, ideally with Playwright.
