Accounting Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyze financial performance.
• Lead annual budgeting, update forecasts, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee logistics cost accounting, tax filings, regulatory compliance, and external audits.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, assigning work and monitoring performance.
• Improve financial systems and processes and implement automation tools.
• Collaborate with departments and provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm and at least 5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Team management experience with the ability to lead and develop accounting professionals.
• Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and Power Query.
• Knowledge of logistics finance, strong analytical and communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
