Transaction Fraud Detection (Fintech)

Location: NCR - WCC, Philippines; shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required.

What you will do

• Monitor fraud detection parameters and processes to minimize and control fraud exposure.
• Investigate fraud incidents, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Review and assess fraud detection parameters, profiles, incidents, and processes continuously.
• Perform quality assurance of fraud detections and evaluate how incidents were handled.
• Analyze fraud types and incidents to identify ways to improve prevention and response.
• Collaborate with business and operating units to address fraud risks and deliver accurate, timely, actionable reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fraud management, specifically fraud detection, monitoring, and analysis outside customer service.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience handling, analyzing, and manipulating large datasets.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general technology.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to extend working hours or work on unscheduled days when required.
