Mid/Senior Social Creative (Art & Copy)

What you will do

• Develop planned and reactive organic social ideas, formats, campaigns, and platform-native content for consumer brands.
• Write copy, hooks, scripts, captions, storyboards, treatments, and creative presentations.
• Use cultural trends, audience insights, and performance data to guide creative thinking and improve content.
• Present and explain creative ideas clearly while working within brand voice, legal, and approval guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, media specialists, and account teams.
• Attend social-first shoots and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a social-first creative role, in an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first concepts and creative thinking.
• Experience with concepting, copywriting, and content production.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and how content performs across platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence presenting ideas, collaborating with creative disciplines, working quickly, and managing multiple projects.
