Location: Shanghai, China; onsite. Start: ASAP. Duration: 1+ year. Schedule: business days, 8 hours per day.

What you will do
- Lead Arabic language strategy for the MENA market.
- Develop RTL UX guidelines and conduct language quality reviews and context testing.
- Build AI-enabled localization workflows, including prompt optimization, MTPE, and QA standards.
- Maintain the Arabic termbase, translation memory, and style guide.
- Manage external localization vendors through RCA and training.
Requirements
- Strong Arabic proficiency; native-level Arabic is preferred.
- Fluent English.
- At least 5 years of localization experience, including 2+ years in lead, management, or strategy roles.
- Familiarity with CAT and TMS tools.
- Proven RTL interface localization experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Practical experience with AI and LLM localization.
