What you will do
- Lead the preparation of complex clinical study reports, protocols, and other medical writing documents.
- Confirm project scope, templates, specifications, review plans, and delivery timelines.
- Manage workloads, customer requests, project risks, budgets, and forecasted hours.
- Lead customer meetings, discuss and resolve feedback, and present templates, results, or lessons learned.
- Provide guidance and basic training to medical writers and support more junior colleagues.
- Contribute to process improvements and may manage small, short-term medical writing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including significant lead-writer experience with clinical study reports and protocols.
- Knowledge of clinical study report and protocol requirements, drug development, medical writing, regulations, medical terminology, and Good Clinical Practice.
- Understanding of clinical-trial statistical methods and the ability to review statistical analysis plans and outputs.
- Ability to identify deficiencies and inconsistencies, interpret data from multiple sources, and produce clear, accurate documents.
- Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, organization, judgment, and attention to detail.

- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in life sciences or a related field.
