Director Data Science & Analytics Product Development International Markets

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned TU office at least two days per week. International travel of up to 50% is required.

Salary: $150,100–$225,000 annually, plus potential bonus and long-term incentives according to applicable plans.

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams of experienced managers and analytics professionals developing attributes, scores, and related credit products for international markets.
• Manage talent acquisition, training, development, goal setting, performance management, and career growth for team members.
• Lead revenue planning, budgeting, capacity planning, resource allocation, project management, reporting, and merger and acquisition support.
• Develop operating policies and procedures that improve operational excellence across Data Science & Analytics.
• Ensure continuous improvement and quality of analytical product delivery and deliverables.
• Represent the function with global and GCC stakeholders, secure alignment, and advance the drivers of team success.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of 20 or more people and taking on increasing responsibilities.
• Deep hands-on expertise in predictive modeling, statistical inference, machine learning, and advanced analytical techniques.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and the ability to discuss relevant business topics with customers.
• Ability to frame ill-structured customer problems and design effective solution approaches.
• Understanding of global analytics services and customer demands, with substantial experience presenting to senior-level and large audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Chicago, including at least two days per week in the assigned office, and travel internationally up to 50%.
