Specialist, Program Management (Defense Tech)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Travel up to 25%.

What you will do

• Coordinate program management activities, governance, processes, and operating rhythm across Integrated Product Teams.
• Review program plans, Integrated Master Schedules, Integrated Master Plans, and related documentation.
• Monitor program interdependencies, risks, financial objectives, and operational execution.
• Deploy and maintain visibility tools including Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and SAP Web Intelligence.
• Build automated workflows and integrated data pipelines through Palantir Foundry.
• Prepare and coordinate internal, executive, and customer-facing program reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least 2 years, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams or Integrated Product Teams.
• At least 3 years of experience using program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience preparing or supporting program briefings, reviews, or status updates.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance is required on the first day; security clearance eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Palantir Foundry, SAP, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.
• Experience with executive or customer-facing briefings and Integrated Master Schedule or Integrated Master Plan development.
• Experience with proposal development, Basis-of-Estimate preparation, or production and manufacturing readiness assessments.
• PMP certification, Control Account Manager experience, and knowledge of FFP, CPIF, or FPIF contracts.
