Lead of Internal IT (Gaming)

Location: Must be willing to work from one of the offices in Almaty or Belgrade. Relocation support is available for this role.

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end Internal IT automation using APIs, automation platforms, webhooks, and scripts.
• Automate employee support, onboarding and offboarding, access, device, software, and license management.
• Maintain and improve corporate IT services and office infrastructure, including networks, Wi-Fi, remote access, access control systems, meeting rooms, and equipment.
• Select and adapt Enterprise IT tools for a geographically distributed company.
• Lead the IT team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, monitoring results, and supporting professional development.
• Establish documentation and knowledge-sharing processes while ensuring Internal IT reliability, security, and effective troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience as an IT Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Internal IT, including corporate services, IAM, SSO, MFA, device management, ITSM, software and licenses, office infrastructure, and access control systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end integrations and automation solutions.
• Experience managing a technical team, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and developing team members.
• Practical experience with AI agents and AI tools.
• Conversational English and Russian at C1 level required.
