Senior Advisor, Supervision - DR/SARC/Money Movement

What you will do

• Review and approve money movement transactions using regulations, firm policies, supporting documentation, and supervisory judgment.
• Investigate inconsistencies, unusual activity, potential fraud, financial exploitation, and matters requiring escalation.
• Contact clients to verify qualifying disbursements and review ACH, Standing Letter of Authorization, and Periodic Payment setups.
• Monitor the Money Movement Supervision inbox, independently determine next steps, and document resolutions.
• Partner with financial advisors, branch and regional leadership, Fraud, SARC, and other internal teams to resolve complex account matters.
• Support Dispute Resolution and Senior & At-Risk Client investigations when assigned, while identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen controls and procedures.

Requirements

• At least five years of supervision and/or financial services experience involving complex transactions, regulatory requirements, risk assessment, or client account matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and approved training.
• Strong knowledge of investments, trading, securities regulations, and money movement consistent with Series 24 and/or Series 9/10 requirements.
• Required licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 9 and 10; Series 24 may be accepted instead of Series 9 and 10.
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, attention to detail, independent decision-making, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Hybrid work in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; travel is less than 25%.
