Workplace AI Feature Enablement & Adoption Specialist

Location: Vienna, Austria; working hours can be divided between working from home and at the office.

Salary: EUR 55,356 gross per year minimum for a full-time position under the applicable collective agreement.

What you will do

• Assess, test, approve, communicate, and coordinate controlled rollouts of new Workplace AI features.
• Analyze ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot capabilities and translate technical changes into practical user value.
• Coordinate security, data-protection, compliance, and risk assessments with specialist teams.
• Organize pilots, collect feedback, and convert findings into improvements before wider deployment.
• Prepare documentation, service descriptions, decision papers, implementation plans, FAQs, workshops, and training materials.
• Support adoption, business-hours L2 support, L3 coordination, release monitoring, and backlog prioritization across Erste Group countries.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in technology consulting, digital adoption, change management, product operations, project management, or a comparable role.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across technical, business, security, and governance stakeholders.
• Strong technical affinity and genuine interest in artificial intelligence, digital workplace services, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to understand new technical capabilities quickly and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating structured documentation, presentations, user guidance, or training materials, with an understanding of security, data protection, and governance in regulated enterprises.
• Fluent English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable enterprise platforms.
