Senior Java Developer with Dynamics 365

Location: Warszawa, Gdańsk, or Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with 1–2 days in the office weekly

Salary: 1,000–1,400 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, payment providers, KYC solutions, and AWS Cognito.
• Design scalable APIs and microservices for customer onboarding, payments, identity verification, and CRM capabilities.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of business-critical systems in a regulated financial environment.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams on technical and architectural decisions.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and use AI tools to improve software delivery and productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience, including microservices development.
• Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse.
• Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity management solutions, external payment providers, and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns, with understanding of KYC, onboarding, or customer verification processes.
• Fluent English and availability to work in a hybrid setup from Warszawa, Gdańsk, or Kraków.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated financial services, trading platforms, brokerage, or fintech.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in financial systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work.
• Engineering degree.
