Senior Product Engineer - Software & Digital Products (Backend/Full-Stack): Building backend, frontend, APIs, workflows, and digital-product components for Akiem products with an accent on secure coding, automated testing, and production support. Focus on stabilizing existing codebases, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and optionally facilitating day-to-day engineering work while remaining hands-on.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid setup

What you will do
- Build backend and full-stack features, workflows, APIs, and other components for digital products.
- Develop secure, tested, and maintainable code with automated tests.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines and provide technical production support.
- Take over, stabilize, and improve existing codebases.
- Optionally facilitate day-to-day engineering work while remaining predominantly hands-on.
Requirements
- 6+ years of modern product engineering experience in a backend or full-stack role.
- Strong experience with automated testing, secure coding, and CI/CD.
- Experience providing production support and taking over existing codebases.
- Fluent English at C1 level required.
- Preferred experience with Java, Spring Boot, a modern frontend framework, PostgreSQL, Azure, workflow or business-process applications, or enterprise IT environments.
