TL;DR
Head of Ecosystem (Web3): Growing the Monad blockchain ecosystem by defining strategic priorities, attracting founders and builders, and supporting applications from exploration through deployment and sustained growth with an accent on builder programs, strategic collaborations, and ecosystem go-to-market. Focus on designing grants and incentives, translating builder needs into product and engineering priorities, building the ecosystem team, and measuring retention, application traction, and on-chain activity.

Location: Hong Kong; hybrid

hirify.global builds the ecosystem around Monad, a performant and parallel EVM Layer 1 blockchain designed to support decentralized applications and on-chain finance.

What you will do

  • Define ecosystem strategy, priorities, budgets, and measurable goals across applications, verticals, and markets.
  • Attract and support founders and builders from initial engagement through deployment, adoption, and growth.
  • Develop strategic collaborations with builders, accelerators, users, investors, and operators.
  • Design and manage grants, accelerators, incubation programs, and ecosystem incentives.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing on onboarding, launches, campaigns, and ecosystem feedback.
  • Hire and develop the ecosystem function while measuring builder retention, application traction, and sustained on-chain activity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ecosystem development, growth, product management, or business development within technology, fintech, or financial services.
  • 4+ years of hands-on crypto or Web3 experience, with strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems and DeFi.
  • 2+ years of experience at an L1 or L2 blockchain and 2+ years leading ecosystem, incubation, or growth initiatives.
  • 2+ years of people management experience and prior entrepreneurial or startup operating experience.
  • Experience designing or managing builder support programs, with clear milestones and evaluation criteria.
  • Strong relationships with crypto founders, developers, infrastructure providers, and investors, combined with strong communication, analytical, commercial, and product judgment.
