Market Development Manager (Micromobility)

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with city stakeholders, public policy teams, partnerships teams, and local authorities.
• Act as the main contact for city stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance and resolving city concerns and complaints.
• Use data and analytics with local operations teams to improve operational efficiency and market performance.
• Manage city-level P&Ls and understand the key drivers of financial performance, budgets, and business cases.
• Participate in pre-tender and tender processes for micromobility services.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on pricing, product strategy, and projects that improve growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field.
• Professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• 3–5+ years of experience in policy, operations, strategy, consulting, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing external stakeholders, including partners, government representatives, and media.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder needs.
• Strong commercial sense and experience with P&Ls, budgets, business cases, and large datasets using Google Sheets or Excel.
