App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager

hirify.global is developing Spatial Media through interactive video, multi-user presence, haptics, AI, and immersive storytelling. DeoVR is an immersive streaming platform serving millions of users globally.

What you will do

• Own and manage app presence across the Meta Store, Apple App Store, and Google Play.
• Optimize app metadata, content, keywords, and SEO for improved visibility and rankings.
• Monitor performance metrics daily and address performance or conversion issues.
• Manage user reviews, ratings, and responses.
• Improve the join flow to create a smooth user experience.
• Track app store policies, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an ASO Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play algorithms, keyword optimization, and ranking factors.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Work as an independent contractor with your own legal entity; B2B only.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta Store, Steam, PICO Store, or similar platforms.
