MS Power Platform Expert (Power Apps/Power Automate)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office in Warsaw (preferred) or Gdańsk, Poland

Rate: up to 135 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Own the service architecture, workflows, and integrations supporting a banking client's Self Service Portal ecosystem.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain services, workflows, forms, and automations in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Design, build, and maintain API integrations between platform systems.
• Maintain service databases, data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and platform teams while supporting incidents, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, service workflows, and automation.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting API integrations.
• Strong SQL, database design, data modelling, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, IIQ, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
• Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms.
