About the Role
You will generate research ideas and improve existing or create new trading strategies. You will take responsibility for strategy modeling, testing, and production monitoring. Depending on your experience, you may drive research direction. You will collaborate with colleagues and share findings and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous quantitative experience in high-frequency trading
- Deep understanding of probability and statistics
- Data modeling skills
- Scientific thinking
- Coding skills, such as Python
- Willingness to relocate to Bratislava
Responsibilities
- Generate quantitative research ideas
- Improve existing trading strategies and develop new strategies
- Model and test trading strategies
- Monitor strategies in production trading
- Drive research direction when appropriate
- Collaborate with others and share findings and knowledge
