Manager Market Research (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Hybrid role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Own primary market research projects from client requests through final reports for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in Kazakhstan and the CIS.
• Engage with clients and vendors to clarify requirements, prepare proposals, and communicate research insights.
• Review research designs, questionnaires, and discussion guides to ensure they address client questions.
• Manage vendors through fieldwork, quality control, and delivery while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Analyse data tables and transcripts and write reports with clear storylines, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Act as the day-to-day client contact, identify risks early, and resolve issues before they affect delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, analytics, or a related field, including project management responsibilities.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, timely work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate independently within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Proficiency in Kazakh.
