What you will do

  • Drive growth by identifying new customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Use regional networks to uncover opportunities, attend events, and represent the brand.
  • Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and own the strategic approach for the region.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities.
  • Share regional market insights with product and development teams.
  • Define, design, and improve scalable sales processes while mentoring and coaching colleagues.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience developing effective sales practices.
  • Regional customer experience and a proven record of growing new business areas.
  • Experience scaling a fast-growth technology business.
  • Experience designing strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Ability to work remotely within the specified Canberra, ACT sales territory.
