TL;DR
Delivery Solutions Architect (Data & AI): Designing and delivering secure, governed, and scalable Databricks architectures for complex customer data and AI use cases with an accent on distributed data systems, cloud platforms, and production readiness. Focus on leading architecture decisions, building technical prototypes, solving ambiguous trade-offs, and driving adoption across customer and partner teams.

What you will do
- Define technical execution strategies across complex use cases and multiple workstreams within strategic accounts.
- Advise customer technical leads and architects, lead architecture discussions, and guide technical decisions.
- Design secure, governed, scalable, and production-ready Databricks architectures while balancing performance, cost, reliability, and long-term needs.
- Build and demonstrate working solutions, prototypes, and reusable technical assets.
- Establish best practices for security, governance, platform maturity, scaling, and operational excellence.
- Align Databricks, customer, partner, and implementation teams to accelerate delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, professional services, data engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or similar languages, including the ability to build, debug, and validate technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of distributed data systems, data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, AI/ML, and modern cloud architectures.
- Experience designing secure, governed, scalable, and production-ready data solutions.
- Experience leading architecture discussions and aligning senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Databricks experience or certification.
- Technical specialization in AI/ML, data engineering, streaming, data warehousing, governance, or migrations.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and production cloud deployments.
- Experience creating reusable technical frameworks, demos, or enablement materials.
