What you will do
- Define technical execution strategies for high-value customer accounts across use cases, business units, geographies, and product areas.
- Advise customer architects, technical leaders, and senior executive stakeholders on complex data and AI solutions.
- Design secure, governed, scalable, and production-ready architectures while balancing performance, cost, reliability, and long-term platform strategy.
- Orchestrate Databricks, customer, and implementation partner teams to accelerate adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead complex technical escalations and establish standards for security, governance, developer experience, and operational excellence.
- Build reusable technical frameworks and assets, mentor DSAs, and contribute to technical enablement and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, professional services, data engineering, or a related senior technical role.
- Experience leading technical strategy and architecture in high-value or highly complex customer environments.
- Deep expertise in one or more Data and AI domains, distributed data systems, and cloud architectures.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or similar languages.
- Experience designing secure, governed, scalable architectures across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Databricks experience or certification.
- Recognized expertise in a Data and AI specialization or competitive technology.
- Experience influencing product direction through structured customer feedback.
- External technical thought leadership through blogs, conferences, summits, seminars, or industry events.
- Experience mentoring technical talent or leading enablement across teams or regions.
