Machine Learning Engineer Intern - Summer 2027 (AI)

What you will do

• Build systems for training and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
• Develop solutions using GPU acceleration, distributed computing, and open-source tools.
• Collaborate with researchers, hardware experts, software engineers, traders, and other technologists.
• Work on projects that accelerate experimentation and influence trading strategies.
• Complete classroom training covering financial markets, hirify.global technology, and coding fundamentals.
• Participate in professional development, teamwork, and summer cohort activities.

Requirements

• Current university student graduating between September 2027 and July 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient programming experience; C++ or Python is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in solving complex problems programmatically.
• Must be able to start the internship on June 7, 2027.

Nice to have

• Interest in financial markets; previous financial markets knowledge is not required.
