TL;DR
Procurement Data Analyst (AI): Building data-driven solutions, dashboards, and reporting for procurement and supply chain processes with an accent on data analysis, Skywise data management, and Generative AI automation. Focus on transforming large datasets into robust database solutions, optimizing procurement workflows, and aligning KPIs with business needs.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support procurement decisions and improve business processes.
- Transform data from Skywise, source systems, and Excel files into sustainable database solutions.
- Use Generative AI and LLM tools to automate analytical workflows and extract insights from unstructured data.
- Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, spend analyses, and performance KPI tracking.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain workflows.
- Collaborate with business teams and management as an interface between stakeholders, data ecosystems, and solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development using tools such as Skywise, Tableau, Power BI, Google Workspace, or Excel.
- Programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with SAP, ideally the MM module, and an understanding of procurement processes.
- Experience in analytics; agile project management and stakeholder management are beneficial.
- Business fluency in English and good German skills are required.

- Experience with R or SPSS.
