Polish Content Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Plan and manage content production according to editorial calendars, SEO priorities, audience expectations, and business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, and prepare detailed content briefs.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from ideation to publication while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Update and optimize existing content, including internal linking, metadata, formatting, and user experience.
• Monitor content performance with analytics tools and work with SEO specialists to improve content strategies.
• Coordinate writers and collaborate with editors, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders across Eastern European markets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital content management, editorial work, or SEO content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
• Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Polish proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial accuracy and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress or another CMS.
• Familiarity with sports, betting, or iGaming.
• Knowledge of Eastern European languages, especially Bulgarian or Czech.
