Sr Treasury System Support Analyst - Global Finance

Location: Hybrid at the Arlington, Texas office; onsite two days per week and remote three days per week. This position is limited to the United States.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and direct treasury projects covering cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management.
• Support securitization and bank reconciliation tools and systems.
• Coordinate testing by creating test scripts, reviewing documentation and results, and communicating issues.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend business system solutions.
• Configure and administer business application software and provide product issue resolution.
• Coordinate with business units, project teams, technical staff, vendors, and suppliers while mentoring entry-level analysts.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of treasury processes involving financial instruments, cash management, and asset-backed securities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies, IT governance, regulatory practices, and security frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST, and FFIEC.
• Working knowledge of SQL, preferably PL/SQL or MSSQL, and advanced experience with data visualization concepts and tools.
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation, diagrams, specifications, and business rules.
• High school diploma, associate degree, and bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience.
• Three to five years of experience in treasury or financial services is preferred.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Crystal Reports skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation and prompting techniques.
• Awareness of emerging generative AI capabilities and limitations.
