Senior AI/ML Engineer – Applied AI Lead (AI): Taking machine learning solutions from development through production with an accent on MLOps, model monitoring, explainability, and measurable business impact. Focus on designing production models, building retraining and governance strategies, and solving complex AI use cases such as churn prediction, lifetime value, and fraud detection.
Location: On-site in Tallinn, Limassol, or Warsaw

What you will do
- Design, deploy, monitor, validate, and retrain machine learning models in production.
- Lead AI use cases including customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and fraud or abuse detection.
- Build MLOps practices covering deployment pipelines, CI/CD, environment promotion, and model lifecycle management.
- Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, data quality, and business impact.
- Define model explainability, governance, documentation, versioning, auditability, and escalation strategies.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders while mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong Python programming, software engineering, machine learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with Spark or PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Experience with MLflow or similar machine learning lifecycle tools.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions, plus strong SQL skills.
- Ability to deliver measurable business impact, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and balance MVP speed with production robustness.
