Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Coordinator (Programmes and Curriculum (ITET))

What you will do

• Provide line management for the Initial Teacher Education team.
• Coordinate student placements across Initial Teacher Education programmes.
• Administer student bursaries, travel awards, mentor payments, and school payments.
• Maintain accurate student and placement records for internal and external audits.
• Support the Department for Education census and ensure trainee and bursary information is recorded accurately.
• Liaise with students, academic and professional services teams, partner schools, the Department for Education, and Ofsted.

Requirements

• Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication, numeracy, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and contribute to improving systems and procedures.
• Flexible team-player approach with the ability to support colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience in Initial Teacher Education or education-related administration.
• Experience working with external regulatory or compliance bodies.
