Client Solutions Specialist (Super, Insurance)

Location: Parramatta, Australia; hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers.
• Provide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
• Resolve client enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, superannuation, insurance, or investments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to helping clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes.
• Availability to work a rotating roster from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• RG146 compliance and availability to start in mid-November 2026.
