Content Production Intern (Winter 2027) (Web3)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, New York, with three days per week in person from January to April 2027

Pay rate: $32 per hour in New York

What you will do

• Edit guest recordings into podcast episodes for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
• Create two to three clips from each stream for X.
• Support live broadcasts as a live producer by identifying and clipping standout moments in real time.
• Operate live-stream graphics and on-screen elements during broadcasts.
• Track internet culture, trends, and industry news to propose stream titles and topics.
• Collaborate with the social team on distribution strategy for produced content.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Genuine interest in media production, livestreaming, and internet culture.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci.
• Comfortable working live and under time pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong judgment for identifying engaging moments, clips, and text.
• Organized enough to manage podcast cuts, clips, and graphics from a single stream.

Nice to have

• Interest in finance, crypto, and prediction markets.
• Strong initiative and persistence.
