Customer Asset Management Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Support assets located at offsite customer and storage locations.
• Review asset situations and recommend next steps, including relocation or abandonment.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer interactions involving pickups and asset sites.
• Review storage charges, explain terms and conditions, and negotiate with customers to encourage asset pickup.
• Develop solutions for complex logistics issues and provide options to the Customer Care Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and protect customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a sales support or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, empathize, and work with customers to resolve issues.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and processes that support customer satisfaction.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
