TL;DR
Salesforce Technical Architect (Salesforce): Designing and governing scalable Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds, integrations, data models, security, and release strategies with an accent on technical discovery, enterprise CRM architecture, and client-facing solution design. Focus on architecting integrations, defining migration and CI/CD approaches, reviewing technical quality and security, and mentoring Salesforce developers.
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or offices for most of the week; travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds, including Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Own end-to-end architecture covering application design, data models, security, integrations, environments, and release strategy.
- Lead client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and govern implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, APIs, configuration, middleware, ETL, and iPaaS tools.
- Define data migration, integration, CI/CD, environment, and release-management strategies, while reviewing technical designs and code.
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and client stakeholders; support pre-sales, manage technical risks, and mentor Salesforce developers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent enterprise CRM development experience.
- Experience serving as a technical lead or architect on Salesforce implementations.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Administrator, Platform Developer I and II or JavaScript Developer I, App Builder, and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.

- Specialist Salesforce certifications across relevant clouds.
- Experience with client-facing consulting, pre-sales, and technical estimation.
