What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable features across the Alli application suite.
- Define and implement reliable architectural solutions for complex, high-scale systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities.
- Build products that deliver measurable outcomes for digital marketing clients.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote development best practices.
- Code, debug, test, troubleshoot, and pioneer technologies across the application lifecycle.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required, including for resume submission and interviews.
- 5+ years of backend development experience with NodeJS, Python, or Go, or relevant frontend-specific experience.
- 3+ years of experience with frameworks such as ExpressJS, Django, or Flask.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices, and working across requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.
- Advanced database experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.
- Experience with AI technologies, Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.

- Interest or familiarity with the digital marketing industry.
- AWS certifications.
