Ad Sales Specialist (French)

What you will do

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first-contact engagement.
• Engage advertisers, identify their needs, and use consultative selling techniques to create sales opportunities.
• Reactivate dormant or under-developed accounts and convert customer engagement into measurable revenue.
• Handle objections, rejection, and re-engagement scenarios professionally.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, opportunities, CRM systems, dashboards, and sales enablement tools.
• Stay current with digital advertising products, platforms, tools, and market developments.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of proven sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, telesales, B2B sales, business development, account management, or digital advertising.
• Native or near-native French and fluent English.
• Proven experience with proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on conversion, revenue, and sales targets.
• Good understanding of digital advertising solutions and their commercial positioning.
• Comfort using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards, and pipeline management platforms.
