Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations

Location: Duluth, Georgia headquarters; hybrid work with onsite presence approximately 2–3 days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $195,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business objectives and technology modernization.
• Lead highly available hosting, cloud, compute, storage, virtualization, networking, telecommunications, and workplace technology services.
• Oversee end-user computing, messaging, collaboration, communication, and employee productivity platforms.
• Direct 24x7 infrastructure operations, including service delivery, incident and problem management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and execution.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, strategic technology partnerships, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of progressive infrastructure leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep experience across enterprise hosting, cloud, networking, telecommunications, end-user computing, messaging, collaboration, workplace technology, and disaster recovery.
• Expertise with Windows, Linux, IBM Power Systems, virtualization, x86 servers, AWS, Azure, storage, networking, identity services, and messaging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, operational governance, infrastructure security, regulatory compliance, financial management, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• U.S. work authorization is required; current or future employer sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience with hybrid cloud transformation and enterprise infrastructure modernization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, collaboration technologies, and modern workplace platforms.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
