UX/UI Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, with hiring locations in Brazil, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Poland, and Serbia; option to work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Design responsive, accessible, and technically feasible interfaces aligned with WCAG guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams; present design decisions to clients and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience and a strong portfolio of end-to-end web and mobile application work.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and user research.
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate asynchronously with distributed multicultural teams.
• Fluent English at C1 level with strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process.

Nice to have

• Experience in a digital software agency or software development company.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing tools.
• Domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and interactive concepts.
