Technician - Room Integrity & Fire Life Safety Testing

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; travel across Saudi Arabia is required for project assignments

What you will do

• Assist with Room Integrity and Door Fan Testing for clean agent and gaseous fire suppression systems.
• Set up, operate, and maintain Retrotec testing equipment and related inspection tools.
• Support smoke control, pressurization, fire alarm, fire suppression, and emergency lighting testing.
• Record test readings, observations, and results, and assist with test reports and deficiency identification.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and facility teams during site testing and inspections.
• Follow HSE, permit-to-work, security, and operational-site requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Fire Protection, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in fire protection, testing, commissioning, inspection, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Room Integrity or Door Fan Testing, fire alarms, fire suppression, or other Fire and Life Safety testing.
• Familiarity with NFPA 2001, ISO 14520, and Retrotec equipment.
• Good English communication skills and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia are required.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with site requirements.
