Technology Recruiter - Campus

Location: Dublin, Ireland; requires attendance at campus events and career fairs in Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe, with travel during peak recruiting cycles.

What you will do

• Hire interns, co-ops, and graduates for Technology teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Help design, select candidates for, and run the Discovery Programme, converting successful candidates into internship programmes.
• Use recruitment data, statistics, trends, and market research to improve hiring decisions and strategy.
• Build relationships with university contacts and contribute to campus events and career fairs.

Requirements

• Professional recruiting experience with a high volume of open positions.
• Campus or early-career recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with STEM or technical recruiting is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate with urgency.
• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels and a collaborative working style.
• Familiarity with iCIMS or a similar applicant tracking system, plus willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
