Senior Creative Strategist (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Armenia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Serbia, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Develop brand, marketing, communication, and creative strategies for agency clients.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience, and brand research to identify strategic opportunities.
• Create creative concepts for advertising campaigns, special projects, and integrated marketing activations.
• Prepare strategic presentations, creative briefs, and campaign roadmaps.
• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic meetings; present and defend recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, motion designers, marketers, and producers to deliver high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing strategy, or a similar agency or in-house role.
• Experience developing brand, communication, or marketing strategies and creating creative concepts.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, client communication, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead workshops, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
• Advanced English at B2+ level for client communication and presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience in gambling or iGaming, including casinos, game providers, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing and communication strategies.
• Curiosity about trends, new formats, and AI.
